Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. written consent of the parents; 2. babies are born on time and total serum bilirubin levels AAP clinical guideline needs to have phototherapy; 3. newborn babies need a physician's order on a conventional phototherapy; 4. infants greater than 35 weeks gestational age; 5. infants are clinically stable condition (no signs of respiratory distress, cardiovascular problems, sepsis, mechanical ventilation, and lack of other risk factors); 6. No major congenital abnormal in the baby. Exclusion criteria: 1. asphyxia prenatal (birth, APGAR score less than 4 at 1 minute or less than 7 at 5 minutes of birth); 2. Incidence clinical signs of sepsis or blood cultures during phototherapy; 3. the need for blood transfusions during the study; 4. Incidence clinical benefit of Kern icterus
