In this study, the diameter of the optic nerve sheath in patients with blunt brain injury will be measured and recorded once upon entering the emergency department by an emergency medicine specialist

Inclusion criteria: Blunt traumatic brain injury Age > 18 years Glasgow Coma Scale <13

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age < 18 Eye trauma Penetrate brain injury History of neurological disease

Early mortality. Timepoint: Discharge or in-hospital mortality. Method of measurement: Ultrasound machine.
