Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for participants: (a) aged 20 years and over, (b) lack of participate in CME programs, (c) for conduct training, patients must be living with one family member, (d) the absence of any disease complications as: renal failure, blindness and … that physician approved its, (e) lack of any disease that effect on metabolic status, (f) to be literate for writing and reading, (h) ability to communicate, (I) not be member of the health team. Exclusion criteria: (a) A family history of diabetes, (b) moved without researcher informs.
