Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1-Age 20 to 50 years 2-Body mass index (BMI) less than 30 3-havign agreement to participate in study. Exclusion criteria: 1- chronic disease (CHF? COPD? Diabetes ?Peripheral vascular disease) 2- drug history 3- Longer operation time more than 30 minutes 4- Need to put drains in abdominal surgery 5-acute cholecystitis

Measure	Time frame
Post laparoscopic shoulder pain. Timepoint: in the first day after operation in a period of 4 hours and then in days 7,14, and 21. Method of measurement: post laparoscopic shoulder pain will be evaluated an researcher who does know the kind of gas evacuation with vas scale.in this scale,each patient will grade his pain from 0 (no pain) to 10 (severe pain).	—
