Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The thickness of the myometrium behind the placenta is 3 mm or more The bladder mucosa is healthy Patients with hemodynamic stability Gestational age less than 12 weeks of pregnancy and with fetal pole with or without heartbeat Patient consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with liver and kidney disorders, bone marrow aplasia, leukopenia and thrombocytopenia, and coagulation disorders

MeasureTime frame
Hb levels. Timepoint: Before intervention and 6,12 hours after. Method of measurement: Blood sampling.;Need for laparectomy. Timepoint: In the patients of the intervention group during surgery and in the patients of the control group, observation of the case file. Method of measurement: Clinical observation and observation of the case file.;Complications of damage to the bladder, ureter and intestine. Timepoint: In the patients of the intervention group during surgery and in the patients of the control group, observation of the case file.
