Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: left ventricular ejection fraction =40%; sinus rhythm; the diagnosis of chronic heart failure based on clinical symptoms and signs and/or echocardiography evidence and according to the physicians; the ability to perform the exercise program after the medication therapy. Exclusion criteria: left ventricular ejection fraction > 40%; abnormal rhythm; disability to perform the exercise program after the medication therapy.
