Individual teaching is face to face teaching in which the educator and client exchange information in a period of 15-20 sessions . The training is done in a quite place .

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (a) Physician diagnosis of heart failure (stage 2 and 3 heart failure) ? (b)Consciousness and awareness of time and space? (c) Being literate ( able to read and write)? (d) Lack of mental disease ? (e)Lack of physical illnesses such as cancer and epilepsy? Exclusion criteria: (a) The consent of the patient for leaving the study? (b)The deterioration of the clinical condition of the patient? (c) The death of the patient during the study?
