Intervention 1: use of herbal medicine(ginkgo)40 miligram twice a day for 14 days. Intervention 2: use of placebo 40 miligram twice a day for 14 day similar to ginkgo.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: no history of consumption of Ginkgo biloba; no consumption of benzodiazepines and stress reliefing drug; no history of mental and physical diseases and conditions that affect the amount of stress; not faced with any type of mental crisis within 6 months ago; tendency to participate in research. Exclusion criteria: untendency toparticipate in research; no using of herbal medicine as command; incomplete stress questionnaire of nurse
