Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:age above 65 years old; no indication for hysterectomy total uterine prolaps exclusion criteria: medical conditions lead to lower abdomen pressure such as Constipation Chronic persistent cough; Patients Who Want to Stop Their treatment
