Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:(a) Absence of chronic sleep disorders before admission;(b)Lower risk of acute MI;(c) consciousness towards the environment and location;(d)Ability to communicate verbally;(e)Lack of mental illness;(f) Lack of patient addiction to drugs , Exclusion criteria:(a) Had a worse clinical;(b)Loss of consciousnessthe patient;(c)Registration before the third day;(d) Patient death
