Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study population was composed of all patients with leukemia attending at Golestan hospital, ahvaz, Iran in the autumn 2012 who responded to Snyder’s Hope Scale. Some referees from whom 20 individuals, who got the lowest scores in Snyder hope scale, were selected and then randomly put into two experimental and control groups including 10 individuals in each ones.
