Intervention 1: The Rosmarinus group will receive 4 gr of Rosemary in 150cc water,per day except Thursdays and Fridays, for 2 months. Intervention 2: the control intervention has no treatment. Inter

The Cacao group will receive 5gr of Cacao in 150cc water,per day except Thursdays and Fridays, for 2 months.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who wants to take part in this study should bear in mind the following criteria. In case any participant feels the termination of such terms during the study, should let the researcher knows and quit the study. 1. Involving in technical affairs only. 2. Working in daytime. 3. Experiencing no lifetime stressors such as loss of the beloved, divorce, any kind of tragic incidents in the past year. 4. Willing and motivated to take part in the study. 5. Having one- year work experience in one of the Iran Chemical Industry Investment Company (ICIIC) technical divisions. 6. Having exposed to industrial stressors such as noise pollution, environmental pollutants, machinery and tools. 7. Having no coronary heart diseases record in the ICIIC medical center as well as no record of taking drugs that affect these diseases. 8. Using no blood-pressure and/or heart - operation affecting drugs. 9. Having no psychiatric-disorder record as well as no record of taking drugs that affect it in accordance with his/her personal medical documens.
