The case group had surgery with internal fixation with plate, suture, k-wire, tension band technique, percotaneous pining under fluoroscopy. In this method the patients were ruled under general anesth
The observation group was under nonsurgical treatment, in this method the Humerus was splinted by sling and swath or velpeau bandage and caused the better union by bone un-movement

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Totally, 114 patients with proximal humerus fracture referred to the hospital universities in Isfahan (Ayatollah Kashani & Al Zahra hospitals) in 1388-1392. The age group was 30 to 80and Exclusion criteria: Pathologic fractures? Patient’s death during surgery or in 6 months later? non complete information registered by surgeon? last humerus surgery? humerus proximal fracture with dislocation
