Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:the patient should be without any systemic problem;The tooth should be maxillary incisors;It has periapical lesion with 10-15 mm(in vertical and horizontal dimension);The lesion must be endodontic origin. Exclusion criteria: Absence of patient at 1 year after treatment; pregnant women or in lactating stage; Persistence signs after treatment and requirement to apical surgery;Tooth was extracted;Tooth was traumatized.
