20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with click with no muscle tenderness except lateral pterygoid, tenderness or pain on TMJ (in rest or during function) previously receive medical therapy (NSAID and /or muscle relaxant) for 2 weeks and also they had no malocclusion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with neuromuscular disorders, patients with musculoskeletal disorders patients with joint disorders

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The amount of reduction of joint pain after Botox injection. Timepoint: after one week, one month and tree months after injection. Method of measurement: visual analog scale.;The existance of sound after injection of butax. Timepoint: after one week, one month and tree months after injection. Method of measurement: ausculation.
