In the second group, at the end of operation cryoanalgesia is performed to intercostals nerves, at the level of incision, 2 cranial and 2 caudal. Pain score of the patients is recorded during 24 hours

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria:patients in 20 to 70 years old ;patients in ASA Class I, II ;candidate for elective thoracotomy exclusion criteria:patients below 20 or above 70 years old ;patients in ASA Class III, IV ;candidate for emergency thoracotomy ;history of addiction ;history of psychiatry diseases
