Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Age between 30 to 70 years; Clients with diabetic who receive diabetic center teachings; consciousness and ability to communication; no other formal teaching programs of other centers; literacy Exclusion criteria: clients with sever diabetic complications and mental problems; no willingness to participation

Lifestyle. Timepoint: 3 months following first partnership care model applying. Method of measurement: lifestyle questionnaire scores.
