The subjects in Creatine without training group will intake 300 mg/kg/day creatine monohydrate for 7 days.
Intervention 1: The subjects in Creatine plus training group will intake 300 mg/kg/day creatine monohydrate for 7 days. Intervention 2: The subjects in placebo group will intake 300 mg/kg/day maltodex

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion:male; 18-26 years old; healthy; wrestling athletes;BMI<12; at least 3 years of professional wrestling experience; without any creatine consumption( during 3 months prior to the stud) Exclusion: Diseases; Injuries; Uncontrolled intake of creatine supplements during the period

Urinary formaldehyde. Timepoint: 24 hour before and after the Cr loading phase. Method of measurement: Gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC-MS).;Ceartine kinase (CK). Timepoint: 24 hour before and after supplementation protocol. Method of measurement: photometric methods with commercial kits (Bionik kit).;Lactate Dehydrogenase(LDH). Timepoint: 24 hour before and after supplementation protocol. Method of measurement: photometric methods with commercial kits (Bionik kit).;Alanine aminotransferase (ALT). Timepoint: 24 hour before and after supplementation protocol. Method of measurement: photometric methods with commercial kits (Bionik kit).;Aspartate aminotransferase (AST). Timepoint: 24 hour before and after supplementation protocol. Method of measurement: photometric methods with commercial kits (Bionik kit).
