Intervention Group: Administering 2 gr Fribrinogen ( Haemocomplettan P, CSL Behring GmBh., Germany) by intravenous rout just before operation begins and checking the post operation haemoglobin level
Control group: Patients levelled with case group which do not receive fibrinogen and therir data are used to compare with intervention group

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Male patients with severe urinary symptoms candidate for prostatectomy. Exclusion criteria: Previously diagnosed coagulation disorder; any anticoagulation medication usage; past medical history of prostatectomy; any recognized blood abnormality; chronic renal failure (cr > 3 mg/dl); hepatic dysfunction; history of prostate cancer; fibrinogen level higher than 400mg/dl, previous finasteride use
