Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The main criteria for inclusion: absence of inflammation vascular access area at the start of the project; willingness to cooperate in the investigation; At least 6 months have passed from the start of dialysis; done 2 or 3 times dialysis in week; aged over 18 years; absence of specific diseases such as leukemia, infection, immune deficiency? dermatitis; Do not use anti-inflammatory, immunosuppressive drugs; type of permanent vascular access fistula or cortex (Gore-Tex) in the control arm; ability to perform the necessary Interventions; Patient cooperation in research. The main criteria for exclusion: fistula or graft failure during the study for any reason other than infection; In the case of renal transplantation or peritoneal dialysis Take place; patient dies; patient withdrew from the partnership plan for any reason; infectious disease in other parts of the body, or for any reason receive antibiotics; fistula or graft inflammation due to trauma, or any other apart from the infection process.
