20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria: women aged between 60-20 years; BMI = or higher than 25kg/m2 excluding criteria: having diseases such as diabetes; cardiovascular disease; kidney and liver disease and thyroid related diseases; drug consumption; calcium supplement consumption; pregnancy or lactation; participation in other researches; consumption of less than 70% of kashk packets.
