Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing craniotomy surgery ASA 1 and ASA 2 patients Aged between 18-65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cardiac diseases Hypertension History of drug alergy Ischemic heart disease COPD Sever respiratory disease(bronchial asthma) Conductive heart disease Hepatic disease Renal disease Obese patientswith BMI>30 Emergent surgeris
