Inclusion criteria: Full consciousness No severe pain Having proper hearing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unstable physiological condition Need for anesthesia The total score obtained from the Spielberger Anxiety Scale greater than 64 Hidden anxiety more than 62 use anti-anxiety drugs previous history of endoscopy history of mental illness drug addiction use any complementary therapies
