Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 80 years old Patients satisfaction GCS 14-15 receiving narcotics and sedatives at least six hours previously Ischemic stroke
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Recent use of CNS depressant drugs Impending death Unwillingness to cooperate

| Sleep quality. Timepoint: Befor intervention and 1 month after start of intervention. Method of measurement: The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index.;Vital signs. Timepoint: Before intervention, then every 6 hours.
