Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: healthy children with no systemic or psychologic diseases; children should need two local anesthesia in the similar area of the mouth. Exclusion criteria: children with severe gag reflex; children with previous negative history of dentistry.

| Behavioral pain reaction. Timepoint: Once, during injection period. Method of measurement: Behavioral pain reaction will be measured by FHFHTC method using a check list. The reaction of the Face, Head, Foot, Hand, Trunk and Cry will be divided into four groups and scored from 0-3, so the behavioral pain scores will be ranged from 0-18.This assessment will be done by two nurses that one of them control the reaction of the Face, Head, and Cry and the other one control the reaction of the Foot, Hand and Trunk. | — |
