Intervention 1: Use of Curset after Abdominal Surjury in intervention group as: the first three days after surgery before the first movement in the morning, intervention group patients used the corset
For control group in first three days after surgery without any intervention, their satisfaction and pain intensity was measure after walking and putting on the bed.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria:doing the therapeutic laparatomy surgery (midline incision); Participants from both maen and women ;lack of known mental illness; lack of addiction to opioids or strong analgesics, having no severe pain due to the nature of illness (cancer); having no su;gery in other areas of body except of abdominal surgery; and lack of previous abdominal surgery;. exclusion criteria: Acute post operative compilication (beelding and shock);transferred to the intensive care unit after surgery.
