Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Entry criteria: Caregivers who have been working in Golestan province nursing homes; Be able to read and write; Minimum of work is three hours a day three days a week; At least three months work in long-term care facilities; Announce their informed consent to participate in research. Exclusion criteria: Not participate in two sessions; Failure to complete the questionnaires; Stop working in nursing home for any reason; Relinquishment from cooperation in the study

MeasureTime frame
Level of job stress in caregivers. Timepoint: befor, after, one month, and three months after training. Method of measurement: Questionnaire, Osipow job stress questionnaire.

Caregiver’s rate of knowledge. Timepoint: befor, after, one month, and three months after training. Method of measurement: Questionnaire, Caregiver’s rate of knowledge questionnaire.
