Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Diabetes; Age:18-70; ASA 2-3; All of on pomp cardiac surgery Exclusion criteria: Off pomp cardiac surgery; Ketoasidosis or Hyperosmolar coma; Redosurgery; History of TIA or CVA
