Post partum Hemorrhage. Other immediate postpartum haemorrhage

Interventions

Intervention 1: Dextrose group: inject slowly 200cc of dextrose 10% after birth of child. Intervention 2: Oxytocine group: inject 20 IU oxytocine after birth of child.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age 18-35 y-o; term pregnancy (37-42 week); weight 2500-4000 gr, BMI between 19.8-26 in first trimester. Exclusion criteria: poly hydromenyos; macrosomia(newborn with>4000 gr); multiparty(> 5 labor); multiple pregnancy or any systemic diseases(diabetes,...).

Amount of bleeding. Timepoint: Post partum. Method of measurement: Weighing of sheet which used for mother.;Duration of 3th stage. Timepoint: Time duration after the birth if baby till delivery of the placenta. Method of measurement: Observational.
