The 45 patients in control group receive only ward routine care including dexamethasone and hydrocortisone.

30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: A. thirty to eighty years old patients patients undergoing surgery coronary artery bypass. B. Duration of intubation procedure less than 30 seconds. C. Having endotracheal tube between 6 to 8 hours after the end surgery. D. Anesthesia duration between 4 and 6 hours. E. Four to five hours operation time. F. Conscious patients. H. Extubation only for once. L. No report of difficult intubation; mallampati intubation class iii and iv. M. No evidence of chronic cough. N. No evidence of pharynx chronic ulcer. G. No evidence of known respiratory airways disease such as asthma, and bronchitis. K. No evidence of respiratory infection and common cold two weeks before surgery. O. No traumatizing trachea (during intubation). Exclusion criteri??: Re-intubation tracheal tube after extubation for any reason.
