Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criterion: all patients with bilateral nasal polyposis who undergo endoscopic sinus surgery Exclusion criteria: 1. history of sinus or laryngeal surgery;2. history of any disease that prolonged corticosteroid therapy is needed and 3. history of any disease that preclude surgery.

Laryngeal characteristic. Timepoint: Preoperation and 3 months post operation. Method of measurement: Laryngeal stroboscopic evaluation.
