Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (Inclusion criteria: age 15 to 60 years, patients with diffuse axonal injury: level of consciousness of less than 8; edema and brian shifting from midline of more than 5 mm; willingness to participate in the study. Exclusion criteria: renal failure, intense electrolyte imbalance; death throughout the study)
