For the control group just Minigastric bypass with jejunojejunostomy without Brown anastomose during surgery was performed.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The population of the study are the patient with morbid obesity with BMI over 40 or BMI over 35 with morbidity.The patient with the history of operation on the stomach will be excluded

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Existance of Bile Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease. Timepoint: 1 week after intervention, 1 month after intervention, 3 months after intervention, 6 months after intervention. Method of measurement: History and Endosocopy.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Weight loss. Timepoint: 1 week after intervention, 1 month after intervention, 3 months after intervention, 6 months after intervention. Method of measurement: Scale, Kg.
