In case group with Minigastric bypass and Brown anastomose 15 cm distal to the gastrojejunostomy by blue stapler
For the control group just Minigastric bypass with jejunojejunostomy without Brown anastomose during surgery was performed.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The population of the study are the patient with morbid obesity with BMI over 40 or BMI over 35 with morbidity.The patient with the history of operation on the stomach will be excluded
