Family center empowerment model is 4 steps include increasing knowldege,self confidence, self efficiency,evaluation. this modle will apply for intervention group only.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: willingness of parents and children; 6 to 12 years old child; Asthma diagnosed by a physician; no history of cardiovascular disease; chronic liver and kidney diseases; the ability to participate in the empowerment program. Exclusion criteria: children and parents tend to withdraw from the study; member of the health team; participating the children in the similar studies.
