Intervention 1: In test group: Tab memantin 5 mg twice daily for 3 mounths and assessed with a wechsler Cognition test. Intervention 2: In control group: Just assessed with a wechsler Cognition test.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: All patients who undergone CABG surgery? Having Wechsler score whithin normal range? Having Literacy Exclusion criteria: Patients younger than 45 years and older than 75 years? History of neurologic disorder
