First experiment group will participate in totally four osteoporosis classes. There will be one class each week. Group education will be conducted in these calsses. This intervention will finish after
Second experiment group ( email based education) will recieve four emails per week for four weeks. The contents of emails are about osteoporosis and its prevention. It will finish after four weeks.
Control group will not receive any education about osteoporosis or any other subject during study, neither class based nor email based. After post test and end of study they will receive osteoporosis

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: female students with ages 18-25; without any physical, psychological, muscoloskeletal or chronic disease; students who don't consume medicines that limit physical activity; students who are not pregnant; Having active email address Exclusion criteria: students who don't attend in osteoporosis classes regularly; students who don't want continue the research project; email addresses that are blocked during research; becoming pregnant during study
