Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient undergoing laparotomy Patient's consent to participate in the study American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA) : 1 or 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Body Mass Index 30 or above diabetes reflux Requires preoperative Antiemetic medication
