Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: known stage 2 empyema candidate for VATS surgery or fibrinolytic injection age range 15-1 years parental consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: previous lung and chest surgery Having a coagulation disorder prohibition of the use of fibrinolytic drugs
