Inclusion criteria: Age lower 40 years Range of Body Mass Index between 40-50 agree to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Performing previous abdominal surgery Hypothyroidism Diabetes

Primary

Measure	Time frame
Weight changes. Timepoint: 1, 3 and 6 months after surgery. Method of measurement: By using Body Mass Index, calculated by square of height(m) divided to wieght (kg).	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
Changes of serum level of Albumin. Timepoint: 1,3 and 6 months after operation. Method of measurement: Blood sample and laboratory test.	—
