Coronary Artery Bypass Graft Surgery. Atherosclerosis of coronary artery bypass graft(s) without angina pectoris

Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: Dexmedetomidine recipient 0.25 µg / kg / hour, plus morphine 0.25 mg / kg/ hour in 50 ml volume upon admission to intensive care unit. Intervention 2: Control group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient undergoing coronary bypass surgery Heart ejection friction below 40% Patient's consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Addiction Use of psychotropic and antidepressant drugs Use of Effective drugs on hemodynamic status Use of anticoagulant drugs

MeasureTime frame
Duration of mechanical ventilation. Timepoint: In the end of surgery. Method of measurement: Mechanical ventilation machine.;Blood Pressure. Timepoint: Every 15 minutes during operation and recovery. Method of measurement: Pulse Oximeter.;Heart Rate. Timepoint: Every 15 minutes during operation and recovery. Method of measurement: Pulse Oximeter.;Percent of Blood Oxygen Saturation. Timepoint: Every 15 minutes during operation and recovery. Method of measurement: Pulse Oximeter.
