Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: receive dexmedetomidin 0.1 ug/kg immediately after induction. Intervention 2: Control group: receive 5 mg/kg fentanyl immediatly after induction.

Inclusion criteria: age range 18-65 years ASA=II.III not receive drugs effect on hemodynamic status not receive anti coagulant drugs agree for participant in the study

MeasureTime frame
Blood Pressure. Timepoint: Every 15 minutes during surgery and recovery. Method of measurement: Palsoxymetery.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Coagulation Profile. Timepoint: before and after operation. Method of measurement: Take the blood sample and send it to the lab.
