Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Middle-aged people ranged from 35 to 65 years old; Living in Mashhad; Visit in spring (from 15 March 1391 until June 1392); Be at least literate and Persian language; At least twice a week have heartburn or reflux; A gastroenterologist confirmed reflux disease letter Exclusion criteria: Experience in event cause stress in the last month; Pregnancy; members of the healthcare team; participation in similar studies with nutritional education for Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease; receive training about Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease from other sources or similar treatment; patients with GERD complication (esophageal stricture and gastric bleeding); People who have been anti-reflux surgery, gastric resections and Vagotomy; People who have some disease (patients with scleroderma, connective tissue disease, diabetes mellitus, acit, hypo and hyper thyroidis and amyloidosis, patients with drug and alcohol addiction, cancer, impaired swallowing (dysphagia) and weight loss subsequently, patients with gastrointestinal bleeding requiring hospitalization); The drugs inducing reflux (anticholinergic drugs, Dopamine, Morphine, Nitrates, Caffeine, Theophylline and Diazepam); lack of interest in continuing the study or getting out of reach, like traveling or changing treatment regimen
