Intervention 1: Intervention group: undergo sling surgery with simultaneous injection of 500 units of Dysport. Intervention 2: Control group: undergo sling surgery alone.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: mixed urinary incontinence with no response to drugs Patients with VLPP+ + D.O?Cough induced D.O + Leakage ? Capacity normal or average in urodynamic study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: urethral hyper mobility severe prolapse neurological diseases (CVA,MS,..) previous abdominal surgeries

| Urinary incontinence complaints are one of the most common urological complaints, especially among women, with a prevalence of around 12-17%. Timepoint: Patients will be evaluated and evaluated for response to treatment at 1 and 3 months after surgery.
