Inclusion criteria: Age 18-60 years patients candidate for orthognathic surgery Consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncontrolled diabetes Uncontrolled blood pressure Glaucoma disease Any allergy to antihistamines Opiods drug adiction
