Intervention 1: Intervention group: Intubation is done with a Sanyar video laryngoscope. Intervention 2: Control group: Tracheal Intubation is performed by direct laryngoscopy.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-70 years old Candidates for elective maxillofacial surgeries Requiring nasotracheal intubation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of neck fixation surgery
