Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:patient with Abnormal uterine bleeding or abnormal uterus in ultra sonography whose cervix canal unable passage of hystrometer . Exclusion criteria in our study were glucoma; hypertention; asthma; decapeptid; pregnancy; infection; previous elective abortion; patient unwillingness

Cervix dilatation. Timepoint: two times :before and after curettage. Method of measurement: phisical examination with Hagar dilatators number 5.
