Intervention 1: Study Group received 10-mg capsules of piroxicam (Razak Drug Laboratory, Tehran, Iran) at days 4-6 after IUI. Intervention 2: Control Group received nothing.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: patients with unexplained infertility. Exclusion criteria: patients who had polycystic ovaries, autoimmune disorders, endometriosis.

Number of performed IUI cycles. Timepoint: at first admisssion to IVF clinic. Method of measurement: ask question.;Pregnancy rate. Timepoint: 2 weeks after IUI. Method of measurement: positive ß-hCG.;Multiple pregnancy rate. Timepoint: 3 weeks after positive ß-hCG. Method of measurement: sonography.;Abortion rate. Timepoint: less than 20 weeks. Method of measurement: patient refer with vaginal bleeding and complete abortion.;Ongoing pregnancy rate. Timepoint: less than 20 weeks. Method of measurement: subtracting abortion from pregnancy rate.
