Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women who come to the clinic Have gestational age less than 30-32 weeks

Exclusion criteria: The lack of favorable physical conditions for cooperation The presence of any particular illness or disease or pregnancy complications Having mental disability and Psychological problems
