Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with knee osteoarthritis whose condition has been confirmed by a specialist physician within the past month, and whose osteoarthritis is classified as mild to moderate Access to a mobile phone and the internet, and familiarity with using a mobile phone Age between 45 and 65 years No limitations in performing physical exercises No history of knee or hip joint replacement No history of mental illness or specific neurological conditions such as stroke, musculoskeletal disorders, Parkinson’s disease, motor neuron disease, or dementia No history of cancer, pregnancy, or blood coagulation disorders No history of heart disease or fluctuations in blood pressure No acute soft tissue injury Body Mass Index (BMI) less than 50

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participation in concurrent educational programs, severe joint pain, and movement limitations Progression of knee osteoarthritis to a severe stage Hospitalization Patient death

MeasureTime frame
Physical Activity. Timepoint: Before and after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: It consists of 27 items that evaluate physical activity in four main areas: work-related activities, transportation (such as walking or cycling for commuting), household and caregiving tasks, and leisure-time physical activity including exercise and sports. Additionally, it measures time spent in sedentary behavior to provide a complete picture of an individual's activity level.

MeasureTime frame
Health literacy. Timepoint: Before and after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: This questionnaire consists of 33 items and assesses five dimensions: access, reading, comprehension, evaluation, decision-making, and behavior. The total score of the questionnaire is categorized into three levels: poor (33 to 66), moderate (67 to 132), and desirable (133 to 165).
