Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic Bronchoscopy is clinically indicated Patients will be older than 18 years old Stable hemodynamic status
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient’s dissatisfaction Pregnancy Coagulation disorder and using anticoagulant drugs
